Lak Saviya Foundation projects target to:
- Improve capacity of individuals or institutions, rather than provide welfare
- Beneficiaries needing to demonstrate improvements so that an outcome is visible for the investment.
All projects are monitored by a nominated LSF member, and the status updated in our website and newsletters for the benefit of the sponsors and well-wishers.
From 2003 to 2017, LSF has invested A$ 584,001 for projects in Sri Lanka in the key areas of: Education (27%), IT (15%), Health (26%), and Livelihood Improvement (16%). The non-project expenditure consisted of: Fund Raising (15%) and Administration (1%).
